CR Consulting aims to support organizations, both large and small in the development and implementation of anti-oppression frameworks, policies and practices. With a strong focus on progessive change management, we take an integrative and expansive approach to dismantling oppressive practices in work environments within the public sector, private enterprise and non-profit spaces. Our training programs are comprehensive and accessible through a variety of engaging learning platforms.
